My Novels

I am currently in the process of writing two novels*: one science-fiction and one fantasy. Both I started for NaNoWriMo events. I would really appreciate it if you told me what you think of them! Here are their summaries:
*note: Both of the titles are working titles, and I might change them sometime in the future.

Ingran's Assassin (science-fiction, started November 2012)

Mira wakes up in a dark alleyway one night not knowing who she is, where she is, or how she got there. Turns out she's in Ingran, a bustling city full of scientists and doctors, as well as pickpockets and gangs. Mira--cold, tired, and hungry--knows she doesn't stand a chance.
Until Will Stone finds her. Will is the son of a famous astronomer, and when he finds Mira alone on the streets, he takes her to his home. But his father claims Mira is the ruthless, cunning Violet-eyed Assassin, the most wanted criminal in Ingran. But the last thing Mira wants to do his kill someone. She's sure she'd never do that.
But some have other ideas. On the run from the police, with her life constantly in danger, Mira has to find a way to clear her name and set everything right again.

Dreamer (fantasy, started April 2013)

Vanessa Kent is a typical fifteen-year-old girl. She lives in a normal house, in a normal town, and goes to a normal school. The only thing odd about her life his her father, a famous artist.
Five years ago, when Vanessa was ten, her father disappeared. To where, no one knows. In fact, no one seems to know anything about her father or his drawings. Vanessa is the only one who remembers him at all.
Until she sees a boy at her school drawing a picture. It's an exact replica of one of her father's. This boy may be the only way to get her father back, but it just might be impossible.

  1. I like the first one a lot! Sounds like an edge-of-your-seat thriller that a lot of people (including myself) would want to read. I am also in the process of writing a novel. Best of luck!
